2025 WAHS "All-Class" Alumni Reunion FAQ's
What's the dress code? Be comfortable! Many have considered Saturday evening as the more formal of the two nights. Some attendees will be in shorts and there may be a tux or two! Looking back at past reunions, a nice black dress is popular with the ladies on Saturday evening.
Where is the Gold Coast located? 4000 West Flamingo Road. It's off the strip across the street from the Rio and the Palms. This hotel was selected many years ago for its affordability for the masses. There is a shuttle bus which runs from the Gold Coast to the strip on a regular basis.
How can I help? Decorating the ballroom happens on Friday and Saturday from noon until 2pm. Anyone is welcome to assist.
Is Thursday night at the Las Vegas Hofbrauhaus part of the registration fee? No, you are responsible for what you eat and/or drink at the Hofbrauhaus. Your table will receive one bill and you are responsible for your portion. It's highly suggested that you bring cash to the Hofbrauhaus so it's easier to settle the bill. Don't forget about the tax and gratuities which will be added to the entire bill. It is highly suggested NOT to miss this evening!
Can I come earlier or stay later? Yes, the hotel will honor our group rate for several days before or after the reunion. Ask the reservation agent for our group rate for your entire stay. The group rate code is PENDING AT THIS TIME.
Who can attend? Anyone who attended, or taught, at WAHS is welcome to attend. This includes their family and friends as well.
Can I just show up and visit with friends if I'm in town? No, you can only enter the reunion ballroom if you are a paid attendee with a reunion name badge. Of course, you can visit with your friends at any other location of your choosing.
What if no one from my class attends? We're all "Wolves" and many new lifelong friendships have been formed at these reunions. You will not regret attending.
Can I bring a door prize? Most certainly. All door prizes will be handed out on Saturday evening. You will receive a door prize card in your welcome packet that can be affixed to your door prize. Please bring the item(s) to the Grand Ballroom on Friday night. There is no dollar minimum or maximum, it's just suggested you bring something from where you live. Remember don't bring anything too big because you have to bring it and someone has to take it home with them!
Can I attend Mary Hefty's "Pre-Reunion" party on Friday if I didn't live in Wertheim? Of course! Mary Hefty, WAHS Class of '81, invites ALL Wolves and their family and friends to her party. Purple Cosmo's will be served or you can BYOB!
Money is tight. Can I send in incremental payments until my registration fee is fulfilled? Most certainly.
I can only attend one night. What is that cost? The cost would be $75.
